Will an LT4 blower fit an LSA/LS3 ?

I have a Whipple/Lysholm 2.3 on mine, and a 2.9 ready to go on very soon. They are the same height, so I see no problem with clearance... The 2.9 is about 40mm longer so I'll be fitting a shorter snout and placing it a little further back.
I am assuming a Monaro motor is same/similar fitment to a VT2 Commodore.....?
That 2.9 flows enough cfm for 1000bhp so that would keep you happy, wouldn't it?

Still a hefty sum for blower only, and does it marry up with any of the older engines inlet ports ? Ports look to be very different on the heads.

Monaro has less bonnet/hood clearance than the R8 so blowers with valley intercoolers are not only less efficient, they also limit the size of supercharger head unit that will fit. I like the idea of a 2.9 or 3.3.I am assuming a Monaro motor is same/similar fitment to a VT2 Commodore.....?
