As for the gear gaiter, I would contact Royals. They seem to come up trumps on all forums and aren't too expensive.

Contact these guys. Here in the UK, send a message, they can make in any colour,with coloured stitch, they made one for me in suede.

The HSV ones are notoriously expensive if there are any left. I would be getting it retrimmed by a good trimmer.
You can get the non leather ones but they wouldn't look so good on the HSV.
Another one, if you can find it, is the leather gearknob off the early Monaro. ie pre the UK ones. That was black leather, with no HSV badge on it though.
