Attended a wee car show on Sunday in Aberdeenshire with my 8, amongst other things there was a Bugatti Veyon Vitesse WRC Edition, what an absolute monster, 1 of only 8 in the world, a cool £1.7 million before taxes if you don't mind, owner said he managed 209mph on a runway at a closed event, made my wee 6.0ltr V8 seem a tad insignificant....scratchchin, what a car though.

That's pretty poor. Jez managed 206 mph 4 up in his 7.0 twin turbo Monaro. I'm sure he could eek a bit more performance out of the Monaro with a spare 1.6(ish) million biggrin

Doesn't that iteration have a hideous colour scheme?

Think Jez only managed 202 four up, 206 was single pilot laugh. Perhaps he'll confirm.
Hopefully we'll see it out again at TR sometime in the future.

Stevies granada's capable of pegging that veyron all the way to the mile.

I know people with helicopters and yachts that won't entertain a Veyron.

It is a bit "in yer face" Bright Orange wheels and colour accents on the bonnet and interior. Subtle Carbon Fibre panels are pretty stealthy though.

A marvel of engineering but a hideously ugly car, no thanks, give me a Pantera GT5 everytime

Ian.
