LS7 spark plugs

Hi All,

Looking to change the plugs, anyone know a) which are the "best" plugs for a mildly tweaked LS7 used on road and track and b) suppliers in the UK.

Pretty much same as any LS engine.

What sort of plugs do you want ? cheap, expensive, other ?

There are dozens of options, but I wouldnt bother with any of that US taper seat crap they use. Just fit normal plugs as used everywhere else in the world lol

I just want a decent set of plugs, plus a UK supplier. only do 3k per year.

Something cheap and simple like a BCPR6ES would do rightly

If you're only doing such low mileage, you'd probably change the plugs every year anyway so the precious metal type plugs..ie platinum or iridium just seem a little pointless.

Any local motor factors should have them, or just google
