VY ute adjustable rear camber-toe kit settings

I am just about to fit some eccentric bushes to sort the back suspension out and can't really find any figures out there on the net to set it up to. I suppose it'll be the same as a VZ HSV since I am running 19's. Anyone have any knowledge of degrees for toe-in and camber?
Also last time I had the front set up the guy was using Monaro figures on the machine and said I needed some washers to pull the castor forward or backwards (I can't remember which). Can anyone give any advise please?
