Evening all,

A couple of questions.

Just getting to the finishing point of re-fitting my engine into the car and have a few hopefully minor issues to iron out. Moved on to fitting the interchiller now, but thought I'd ask on here in the mean time.

1, Throttle Body is throwing up a high and low voltage fault code and not working. It's meant to be a brand new unit. Do they need to be calibrated? Or is it just a duff unit?

2, Does anyone have a plumbing diagram or a picture of where the vacuum hoses go on a Harrop 122? I remember at least one was blanked off, but i's bee 13 months since it came off, and I can't remember. :-(

3, I've got a plug on the passenger side front of the engine and can't remember where it goes. It comes out the loom just behind the power steering fluid bottles, female two pin plug, orange rubber.

There is more than one throttle for the LS.
Pre 08 and post 08 IIRC or something thereabouts anyway. Blade is silver or bronze and blade opens the opposite way.
They are not interchangeable. You need the right throttle for your model.

Most vxr8 and monaro are the old model. Later E series and VF+ probably the new model.

So check you have the right part number for a start. Let me know if you need a new older model.
