Front bumper removal on a vxr8

After a little trip to sunny Brum today I have a new second hand front bumper [ Thanks Gary]
I have no idea how to get the old one off.
Is there anything on this forum telling you how to get the old one off and another back on?
Anyone want a slightly damaged front bumper in black cheap to the right home.

Cos there is a massive great hole in it and I'm pretty sure this kind of plastic cant be fixed.

Have a red one hanging up in garage just needs a respray but think yours is black ? glad you found one ok
