It was, Wayne has been around the LS etc for some time though
Problem is, it's like asking what car is best for me, what TV is best for me ?
I've probably made more power than anyone here wit a supercharger....and TBH, used several different cams over the years and really dont think most made a huge difference between them
Just pick a cam from some of the many many popular/readily available profiles out there, and spin the blower hard. They'll be popular for a reason...they work.

sorry i did put it up off my phone but not gone up
its a standard ls1 gto engine 0 miles with ported 243 casting heads with edelbrock vally charger and i have been on this forum most probably longer than most doing my first ls conversion on a e30 m3 in 2005 i will be running a stand alone ecu so thats not a problem, this is going in a bmw 3 series touring so weight wont be an issue either as lighter than any monaro or vxr8
any help appreciated

One limitation...is do you have to pass a legitimate MOT ?
If so, that will restrict choices and force a milder option
If not, then you can go to a more aggressive cam, but really, pick from any of the commonly used options

Also what valves/springs etc as you'd need these to suit whatever lift etc you intend to run.
