this is a new one, I've had all the other rattle and twang noises from the control arms sorted out, now I get a creaking noise after around 30mins driving when I turn steering either way and when I brake and the nose dips and pulling away when the nose rises, I've got a feeling it's the shocks and hoping it is as getting coilovers anyway but any other ideas?,
It sounds like when you tighten a rope around a bit of wood,, or a hinge that needs oiling lol

Most likely top mounts unless you have any poly bushes fitted and grease has dried out a bit, so a bit of spray grease should solve it , I had it on my 04 ute when the road response pack was put on by me , solved very easily with a spray of grease , I can't see any harm with a bit of spray grease on top mounts any way

Had top mounts and bearings replaced in Feb when I had lowering springs fitted as when they took the old ones off that were fitted last year the casing had cracked that held the bearings, it was making that noise before then just not as much and after the springs and mounts were changed it still did it, there might have been a few days it didn't I can't remember but I do remember the guy said a few bearings were flattened so I wonder if it's happened again and that's what it is, it's got gm ones on at the mo, last years were pedders.

Had the same problem and was sure it was top mounts but no it turned out to be a stabilzer link just unbolt one at a time to see witch one, mines too started after 20 odd mins of driving.

Good luck!

I will defo chuck some lube on it and see if it sorts it out but it looks like it's covered in grease anyway, if no change then il go over the links but it's going to the garage next Friday either way so if I ain't sorted it by then I will get it squeaking like a gooden and make sure they hear it as every time I've told them about it they can't seem to make it happen
