Alternator woes.

Again it will depend exactly which alternator you have. I know for my early Camaro 105A version I was able to get it repaired both locally and at a later date simply buy a replacement regulator off ebay.
Parts werent hard to obtain.
Although oddly the last OEM style replacement complete unit I bought would stop charging above 6500rpm
Replaced it with an uprated item and it was fine.
I just keep the other as a spare although it's no use for racing for me.
