After nearly a year of ownership the chrome and the anodised coating inside the exhaust tips is wearing off I hope these can be changed under the lifetime warrantee. and also the amount of play in the diff which no one else seems to have. Has any GenF GTS owners experienced the chrome wearing off the exhaust tips. If not I think a trip to Bellingers or Walikinshaw to see what they say.

Not a problem on mine. Get it to Bellingers for any warranty work.

Reminds me that I have a couple of niggles need sorting. Front parking sensor is on the blink and the drivers door keyless entry button is also a bit temperamental.

Took my car to Bellingers yesterday for them to have a look at the exhaust tips and the clonk in the transmission. Was told that the clonk in the transmission was a trait of the twin plate clutch another GenF GTS had been to bellingers and a technician from Vauxhall looked at this particular car and said that. So if any other GenF GTS owners experience the same thing see if you can get the car looked at under warrantee. The exhaust tips. After some arguing with the service department. They said that they would look into it and see. In my book that sounded like they didn't want to know. So I contacted Dougie and put in a complaint about Bellingers not really wanting to replace them. . I got a call this morning from Joe at Bellingers saying that they would replace them under warrantee. So a big thanks to Dougie and Joe.
I would suggest that anyone else with an early my14 or my15 car check their exhaust tips for the chrome being leached off by exhaust gasses and see if they can get them changed.
