Missing Ring !!
Discussion
Sorry I know it's not much help but both aftermarket options I looked at when my light fell out need the locking ring (which thankfully didn't go south).
I ended up running a round multi-led light which IMO looks much better than the original, bit bodged in but holding up well after a year and 12k miles.
Same as someone did in this thread http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=909...

Somebody did make some of these I can remember reading the thread with pics and that a few owners had them supplied buy the op . So keep searching piston heads for the thread it's out there somewhere. I think they were red plastic.
It my have been this thread I was thinking of

Monkfish list the part also £72

Give me the dimensions and I'll print you one out, but it's unlikely to be super pretty. You would want to acetone vapour, plastic prime and paint it, so the hassle and cost starts adding up.
I'll need to measure one, im ringless ...... Bob said i can have a grope of his..... Vulgar LS2 said:

Warm the calipers first...Jeez...is this it? I can take a good stab at that...I'll charge a mere £71...
Is it just press-fit? Could really do with a fondle to back out some dimensions.

Yep, that's the badger..... I'm not sure if it push fits or locks on, perhaps someone could advise Jeez...is this it? I can take a good stab at that...I'll charge a mere £71...

OK so this is the best i can do without disassembling my car the 10mm depth is a guess but can be trimmed easily.
The internal diameter is oversize to the lamp as it is at an angle when on the bumper .
The 59mm outside of the return could do with checking against the hole in the bumper
Also I've drawn it with sharpe edges were the original has small radii but these could be finished by hand.

Mk1 roughed out - there are a few things wrong with this, but you can sort of see it's doable. I printed it upside-down which gives a poorer finish, especially given building a 45' overhang is bad for FDMs...either I can print it the other way up (and the flange on the back will suffer) or relax the angle to 35-40'. That said, it's possibly good enough already with a bit of fine filler. I added some tabs to grab the bumper, but they're too stiff and probably all wrong anyway - I've no idea how thick the bumper is.
I knocked out a mk2 earlier and found printing it the other way up didn't confer any real improvement in surface finish (and obviously required support and so more tidying). The options are (I suppose) acetone vapour or some clever plastic primer/fine filler to get it really tidy. Sanding may work to a point. I think I'm out of acetone or I'd have a play...suppose I could get some tomorrow.
The clips are crap so I'll delete them - I'm assuming you can come up with a way to affix the ring since it probably won't be a good friction fit (given the unverified dimension) - 3M pad or I'd be tempted to try just wrapping a bit of insulating tape around it to get a tight fit. I'll make a mk3 and put it in the post if you PM me details (both).
e: Samkia's definitely look nicer (as you'd expect)...I've not got any plastic stock to put on the lathe, but could be tempted.
