Racing Holdens in 2016
Discussion
Hey everyone just a quick introductory post to let those of you who don't already know that we are planning to race a bunch of Holdens this year and would love to get as many of you lot along to the races for meets as we can. We have 11 race cars which we hope to get out all at once to make a load of noise, breath some flames and generally make things a bit more exciting.
I know everyone on PH loves a good old meet, what is better than joining up with a load of other petrol heads and to watch some racing?
We were at Autosport this year some of you may have seen us, my boss also popped along to the Ace Cafe meet at the weekend to say hi. Everyone has been very welcoming and we would love to be able to host some meets throughout the year.

Snetterton is just down the road from me so potentially an epic (early) Halloween.
Edit: Double-whammy July too!

I didn't know if I would get in trouble linking the calendar on here as my first post so thought it best to leave it off. Thank you to TheHeathen for linking it!
We did have an Oulton Park date for October 1st, but that was then changed. Our calendar is the result of us getting the entry fees down to an acceptable level for the competitors. I don't think it is too bad for a first season and we hope many of you can make it to an event or two .

Would be Great to see what one of your cars could do at Thunder Road
Can already tell you the answer to that. R8 shape, 450hp sealed ls3 (better map and exhaust, but questionable intake), possibly slightly worse aero. Jerico with 1:1 4th, 3.15 diff. About 160 - 165mph all out of revs.
= 155 - 160 mph @ TR.
Your old 'ro would be safe.
If these guys are importing fresh Jericos with those road circuit ratios I would be keen to acquire one!

Yes, I see that. The 3.15 option ratio would be better for TR. It'll only go slower with the longer gears.Looks like a tough and economical car to run. Strong cheating prevention in the rules. Will be a good thing to watch, with an even playing field.
