I'm thinking about importing a maloo from oz just looking for advice and info from people on here that have them on what they are like to live with on a daily basis and rough idea on running costs cheers

Any particular reason why you want to import one? There is a yellow E3 for sale on Autotrader right now (look under VXR8)

There are a number of posts on here about the pros and cons (mostly cons) of importing yourself - by the time that you have paid shipping, duty, VAT and SVA'd it, its not necessarily that cheap or easy.

I am sure that someone more knowledgeable on this will be along shortly to elaborate.

Great fun to live with , but don't import buy what is over here already , I like the look of the 03 04 cars and the mad colours but that's up to you

Don't forget that it is classed as a commercial vehicle and attracts 22% import duty as well as the Vat unless you've owned it and been living out of the country for more than six months. All IIRC.

You may be better finding one here. They are about.
