Anyone here bought any springs and or shocks for there car?

Looking to get a set of Eibachs for the ute, but not found anyone over here that can get them. Eibach are going to release there Monaro springs here, but no one can tell me when!

I'd consider any others, but the Eibachs are progressive and the spring rates are very close to stock and i want to retain the stock FE2 dampers for now. Can't be doing with ultra hard suspension.

If i have to ship them round the world myself i will, but i'd rather get them here.

LSV lowered mine, 20mm at the rear only to have a 5mm spacer added as it dragged its bottom on full load without, want it lowered at the front but told not too practical - admittedly not the same car but thought it might be of interest.

Will,
What are the details of the spacers on the rear?
I was looking for something similar to allow me to carry a load without the wheels scrapping the wheel arches.
Cheers, Eric

Introducing a little negative camber to the front automatically lowers front and compliments the lowered rear negative camber. Also reduces understeer.Koni adjustable shocks i have found to be good.Soft setting road use and then hard for performance driving or heavy loads. Also very accessable for adjustment.

Good info Brian.

Eric, basically just a nylon disc, 5mm thick with revised springs & dampers from LSV.

I think mine is set up to stop the wheels spinning, which it does, 4 up & loaded does not allow any power runs as the vibration is yuk, the prop is missing the exhaust pipe by 1mm under such circumstances!

Just keep putting heavy stuff in the back of the ute! I use mine for work every day and it has settled on the springs now and is quite a bit lower than standard - Ask tdute!! And it's free!!!!

Yeah my springs have settled, no jack will fit under the sills or even the diff! you cannot even get your foot under the sill in front of the rear wheels!
