I always thought these were a load of rubbish.

Then one day at the ACE cafe we were at a VW meet and one buggy plate just would not photograph from any front angle - pity I deleted the photo's before I realised why they wouldnt photo otherwise we could post the proof here.

No good against the spy camera vans as they use video not photo's with flash

On the web site I posted there is a plastic cover that only allows viewing of the number plate when you are looking straight at it. This could fool the video vans. With all this stuff it's great if you have a bog o standard Vectra. But when you get down to V8HSV with a strobes, neon’s under the car and Will driving a picture of the front even is they did not see the plate would be good enough evidence. I wonder how many of the 40 or so VT's are black?
