Fair Price 2001 HSV GTS

Whats a fair price over here for a 2001 HSV GTS with 30m on the clock?

Well I paid (2 yrs ago) £20k for mine with 30k on it for a 2000 example so I would say between £16,000 & 24,000, no doubt the trade would be about £12k

I have been looking through the HSV's for sale over the last 6-8 months and this is how the prices look.

VT1 = £15,000 - £18,000
VT11 = £19,000 - £24,000
VX1 = £23,000 - £26,000
GTS-R = £24,000 - £39,000
average sale time is about 3-6months................also this is the advertised price

There have been some very cheap cars for sale outside this average from people who have no idea what they have (dealers normaly) I have left out very cheap/expensive one off's

But a car is only worth what you can sell it for!!!!! and as there are only 40+ VT11, 5 VX1, and 15 GTS-R's condition is every thing.

Also age is not a big effect on price as with only 10-15 or so cars sold a year on average and no change in spec in 4 yrs for each model, millage is the main factor

Awesome, thanks for that uk hsv. Gives me some idea of what they are worth here.

Was looking at the one that is on autotrader at the moment. Not sure what it is. Looks like it has VX lights on the back. Trouble is, need a month to get the money together to buy it, as can't get a loan as I'm Australian. Be nice to have though.
