G'Day mick,

I had a Tooheys or two last night in the Walkabout Southampton as I watched the Kangaroo's beat GB in the Tri Nations Rugby Leauge (Real Rugby). Had to get that one in after all the stick I got after the Rugby Onion World Cup.

Thanks mate for the offer to get me some things at the Aus Shop, could you get me a slab of Tooheys mate ? I'll meet you at Fleming Park mate, sounds ok.

I have had contact from Geoffrey O'Connell, Group General Manager for Australia Shop about a big show next year so that sounds good. Tell yas more when I get the details.

Regards,
Rob.

Good on ya mate. I'll let you know when i'm going.
There are two Aus theme pubs in Pompey but it's not cheap. Beggars can't be choosers I suppose ,but we don't go there too often.
Be great if the Aussie Shop can do something for Australia Day.

There was me thinking you had picked up a VB Commodore!! or were going to fly Virgin Blue !!

Rugby League....mmmmm...I will tell you one thing watch GB v NZ this weekend! I am just waiting to see Sonny Bill Williams from NZ demolish a poor unsuspecting GB forward. This guy hits harder than the 11.45 from Paddington!!!
I know Adrian Morley isn't a bad tackler either, but this fellow has perfected the shoulder charge to perfection!!! I wish I had pay TV so I could see the World club championship when Canterbury play whoever won over there as Canterbury have this fellow and Willy Mason playing for them. I just wish GB would beat OZ at least once....it does get a bit sad watching them capitulate in the last 10 minutes all the time. Anyway enough ramblings!

G'Day motomk,

GB V NZ should be a good game, as an Aussie I'll be going for GB in that one.

I'm a Bulldog fan myself & I grew up in The Canterbury area going to Belmore Oval to watch them play in the 70's (called the Berries then)& in the 80's as the Bulldogs.
Yes Willy Mason is a big guy & hard to stop, he had a good game. He reminds me of a Canterbury forward in the early 80's called Stev Hage, long hair mad as an axe. He could shoulder charge as well.

Would love to see the Bulldogs play Leeds in World club championship. If not be down the Walkabout for sure.

COME ON YOU DOGGIES !
COME ON YOU KANGAROO'S !
