Frustrated Newby!! :o) Bugs hsv.org.uk

Hi guys!!

I'm a very frustrated newcomer having been a regular visitor for months I've been unable to post via the
hsv.org.uk version of the forum - got an error every time I tried to validate my email address to enable me to post. Ironic as I had no way of posting to let you guys know there's a problem a problem with validation!!

Anyway - sorted now - found that the PistonHeads Gassing Station forum is one and the same as hsv.org.uk, and the validation works fine that way!! Hence I'm here!!

Only found this out by accident when posting a classified ad for my MAD VXR that is now up for sale (www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/detail.asp?i=29297&s=113).

Also the target URL for Linden SV is wrong on the links menu on the hsv.org.uk forum, but had no way of telling whoever needs to know!!

Hopefully these things can be sorted now if the right person reads this!!

Really enjoyed spectating, hope to post now too!!

welcome to the forum "Bobby Dazzler" the post problem was fixed a few months ago but it sounds like it is back

There is a new forum format coming soon with lots more functions, so that might fix it for ever.

I will get the LSV link fixed. It is working fine on the club site

Yeah just one more comment on the hsvdrivers web site, the size is too small.. How about larger buttons etc. Maybe not everyone runs 1600x1200 res, but some browser scaling would be nice. Its very hard to read the text at present.

New ideas and suggestions are always welcome to improve the club site.

But remember the club site is hosted, maintained and run for free by the HSV owners so be mindful of who you are criticising.

If you have skills which will help the running of the club and you can give them for free please do not hesitate to get in touch

Just tested it and all is working ok

It may be that there was a problem a week or so back when we were moving servers.
