Lovely morning this morning.

Trundling to work, completely clear single into dual carriageway. Little BMW M5 in rear view mirror, both doing 50. Mmmmm, i thought, is the old Monaro M5 quick?

So, drops to third, inside lane and accelerate through the gears, BMW outside lane believes that he will just drift past!!!! After about 10 seconds he realises that he is well out of his depth and pulls behind and slowly drops away.

Job done, and huge grin on face. As i back off and resume 70, a black bullet comes flying by and leaves dual carriageway as do i, sensibly. End of slip road M5 is waiting. I pull next, he drops window as do i, and states that there have been very few cars that have ever left him on a dual carriageway etc, as his M5 is chipped or something, and that he is very impressed. (Which was nice)

Anyway moral of story - Germany 0 Australia 1!!!

Feel good Friday.

And obviously no speed limits were exceeded.

You will probably now find that the Blue Propeller Boy’s will follow you's everywhere you go. I tend to attract Saab's, they all wont to race and thing their car is quicker. Any one else got a particular type of car that they always notice, I know that UK HSV has a problem with Audi TT's but that is his story.

Was thinking of a tiny sticker on both sides with 'R6' but then we could add M3,M5,P1,S8,GT4S,TVR's etc., etc. Looking for some Italian jobbies now, Oh yes, 11 points, 11 points.

Was at Bruntingthorpe today but was ejected from the track after 2 familiarisation laps due to noise! Still won an award at Earls Court/HIN last night for "Hottest Other"

No, but without any cats/mufflers it does not hinder power
