Why would they put it through CC?

Maybe because of this:

Quote: “This MC20’s most recent maintenance was carried out in November 2022 at 2,443 miles, which consisted of the first annual service, including an engine oil service, and new gearbox and cabin air filters”

Not attracting many bids, but I think the supercar market at the moment is pretty flat

24 MC20's on the market out of a total pool of less than a 100. A number of people (including me) sold to buy the Cielo. Prices down £30-40k over last 6 months. A real shame as the car is incredible and now its great value.

I think it’s across the board - heading or already in a recession coupled with high interest rates and a huge supply of supercars…

Only at £111k still a bit of time to go but hard to see this getting much over £150k …would be a great buy at that price

Got up to £152,500 and not met reserve. Dealer has it up for £169,000. The auction commission is £6k…. Makes no sense to me why you would bid that high.

Yeah paying £175k to buy on an auction site…this was listed by a Ferrari/Maserati dealer right ? Why would they want to punt it out on there ?

Seems really odd putting it on CC with a similar reserve to a dealer asking price.

The seller works for the dealer, so presumably their usual £20k spread is reduced, but bidding to £10k of the dealer asking price after fees seems daft, just go to the dealer and offer £164 and get an inspection and some warranty peace of mind.

Plus VAT (5% changed to 6% plus VAT some time ago)

Surely the dealer wasn’t trying to avoid any Supply of Goods & Services obligations. That would be silly! Update: listed as a trade sale anyway
