Resurfacing sticky buttons

I have a Gransport that I’m tidying up, and I’d like to do something about the sticky buttons. The centre console is fine, but the air vents and hvac controls have all gone sticky.

What are my options to fix them? Does anyone have any recommendations for someone who can resurface them?

I’m happy to remove the offending items and send them by post, so it doesn’t have to be someone local to me in London.

Alternatively, has anyone successfully done a DIY resurface and can offer tips?

Have you looked on the sportsmaserati forum.

A lot of experience on there on people who can clean the stickyness off.

Top tip - don't try it yourself with various solvents, the black paint comes off easily too and you find the buttons are plain white underbeath.
