Which main dealer is best? New car purchase.
Discussion
My local dealer haven't been particularly useful or interested in responding to my basic queries for a Ghibli purchase, so can anyone recommend a dealer and/or salesperson? As a retailer myself, I'd rather deal with someone who has some good customer service skills. Can be in SE, Midlands or Manchester.
Thanks in advance!
Thanks in advance!
My local was the same when I was looking for a GranTurismo Sport back in 2016, ended up going with HR Owen in South Kensington who were an amazing experience, really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. James Morris was an excellent salesman and Mark Matthews also v helpful. Happy to put you in touch if you want an introduction, drop me a pm.
As an aside, HRO as a group I've found are brilliant and the Maserati team also facilitated an introduction to the chaps at HRO Ferrari as I'm now in a Roma, again the experience has been first class.

Think it's more a case of which salesman, unfortunately you don't know that until it's to late. Thanks in advance!
These main dealers are only as good as the people who work for them same as any large retainer .
I delt with Lawrance at Maranello's ,Egham, he's a nice guy helpful but not at all pushy .
Hope this helps

Have to agree with HRO. Whilst I never went ahead with it I liaised a lot with HRO in Nottingham when I was considering a Granturismo before eventually settling on an AMG GT Merc. They were incredibly helpful, inviting me up for a totally no obligation chat, drive and walk around of the various models. When I stated I was going for the Merc instead they even gave me advice on what to look for on that despite buying elsewhere. Isn’t it Graypaul in Nottingham? My RS6 was HR Owen which, along with old age, may explain my confusion....
Graypaul then were incredibly helpful
