Quattroporte specialist near Long Eaton

Chaps my brother in law has a beautiful 2005 Quattroporte and it’s just blown a coolant hose. He’s been quoted silly money to replace what is a £20 part.

Can any of you chaps recommend a decent semi local Indy? Not sure you need to be a Ferrari trained mechanic for this but good Maserati knowledge preferred.

Any competent garage can do that. You don't need a Maser specialist.

my lotus blew a coolant hose
lots of steam ( the hose has been heated to splitting by the adjacent turbo ) and it looked like the end of the world

honestly, it was a case of :

undo clamps
slot in what was £1 worth of new generic tube
redo clamps
top-up coolant

It's the ac recirculation pump outlet hose, apparently a major ball ache.

Still not a Maser specific spannerman required.
