Friends I recently bought a new GranCabrio. Today while parking I noticed a crack on the front right tyre and a scrAtch on wheel.

Do I need to go to service and get it replaced?

The tyre damage MIGHT just be to the rim protector portion, in which case the tyre will be fine, but it could be worse than that, what happens if you pull at the split bit of tyre?
The wheel should be an easy fix for any wheel repair place (or even a smart repair/chips away).

If I pull bit of tyre, that crack piece opens up.

Personally I would replace a tyre that shows any damage, but I drove on the autobahn a lot - just not worth the risk (also always replace them in pairs)

Can't tell from the photo
You have to decide if it is cosmetic damage to the rim protector or not
If it is just a loose flap of cosmetic damage I have superglued one back before but it was very minor
TBH though when I replaced the Godawful Pirellis with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S it transformed the car so you might see it as an opportunity to upgrade, so it isn't all downside
