My daily driver/ family car is boring. I do 17k miles a year in it. My fun cars I probably do 4- 5k miles. I think I need my daily driver to be fun as well as I do more miles in it. I used to own a GT and loved it. I'm now thinking of a Quattroporte GTS 2015 onwards to replace the RR. i don't want another 4x4, I considered an RS6, new M5, Panamerica but all a bit boring. I wonder what I should look out for or must have. Seen a lovely 2015 one on autotrader with only 8K miles for £45K which seems very good value

I’m also eyeing up one of these for a daily driver. They just have so much style and emotion. Sure they’re more expensive to run and the tech isn’t as slick but I think the Germans in particular add so much unnecessary equipment these days which doesn’t add any value to the actual driving experience.

Have to say, I check the classifieds for these all the time. There are not that many of them around!

We have a local neighbour who has one of these nearby in a really deep burgundy colour and it looks great, sabbia interior and it sounds good too!

The last of the older model GTS is the only sports saloon I'd ever entertain.

In black. Has to be in black.

If its your daily driver don't rule out the V6 diesel. All of the looks, bells and whistles, only marginally slower, great sound in sport mode and half the fuel costs. For the price of a GTS you get one with a couple of years warranty left. Woth considering!

I picked mines up 3 weeks ago.

Great alternative to an S/E AMG or RS.

12000kms with full servicing from Maserati with 2 years warranty remaining.

Seems great so far but if i had to be picky it could be slightly louder and the suspension in sport is very stiff
