Just some advice for GT owners...
My windscreen suffered a stonechip on the Autoroute... within a day or two this progressed to a crack halfway across the windscreen,

No dramas I'm insured with just £75 excess...

For interest. I consulted some Maserati forums ...to understand the complexity of the job... I found previous stories about £3000... two days at the AD... trim off... two day setting times... generally frightening stuff.

For your reassurance, should it ever happen to you.. My insurance firm's fitters have just left... It's a simple job and it was all done in 20 minutes. I can drive it after 30 minutes...

Same, although I did take mine to their industrial unit rather than having it done on my drive. Glass doesn't have the Maserati logo, but I can live without that. No hassle, efficient job, no issues in the year or so since I had it done.
