Anyone on here experience of them? As a lightly used option it seems an interesting alternative to a BMW/Merc?

Nav interface looks very dated but how is the interior in general, there looks to be quite a bit of plastic about but does it generally feel like a nice place to be? What are the running costs and dealerships like?

Very plasticky and nav/ergonomics are not good. The only thing I liked about the interior was the steering wheel. Diesel engine is quite coarse.

Much as I love the marque a 5 series or E Class is a far better car.

I was offered one of these as a courtesy car earlier in the year while my car was being serviced.

Like you, I also thought - great; a new Maserati to try. For the money, it was shockingly poor to drive. The interior looked great but was poor overall and quite cheaply finished. You only need to look at how many sit for ages on the stockists of the supplying main dealers who originally delivered the cars presumably. I've also never had so many emails from a dealer on the current / monthly promotional deals offering a new Ghibli for x down and y per month.

I had the same.

I actually thought it was quite nice inside. Didn't think it overly plasticky. The design was a bit all over the place, but it felt nice enough.

The nav interface was also nice enough. A bit "Janet and John" in terms of the graphics and some options in illogical places. But not bad.

Driving dynamics weren't great until the sport button was pressed. This livened up the throttle a good bit without too much degradation in the other areas (not sure the extra noise was worthwhile/welcome though).

I don't like the exterior styling, so with the rest being a bit "meh" I wouldn't buy one. And that's before considering the 50k price tag (I think?). 50k buys an awful lot of cars...

Have driven a few now for one reason or another over quite a few miles. Really want to like it but cannot. It is cumbersome and with tech that is not classy or easy to use. And I still always struggle with the gear selector. Looks nice, feels big, does nothinhg badly but nothing particularly well either.

I once queried a Masterati GranTurismo thread being in the Supercar forum... quite what to make of a diesel I'm not sure?

Saw these on a lease deal for about 380 a month and thought wow a new masser for 380 a month. Then read the reviews and it looks pretty poor. So bought a gt instead smile
