Timing Belt Tension Gauge

Anyone know where I can get a Burroughs gauge (or similar) in the UK?
I seem to be getting blank looks in local automotive tool suppliers.
I'm fed up with guessing the tension of drive belts and would like to do the job properly, particularly as the next one on the list is an Esprit.
