Dunno - Graham Goode Racing had some in various metals, but I don't remember whether that included titanium. If it comes down to it, there isn't much to them and you could make your own / get them made locally without much difficulty. You may even find that somewhere like Think Automotive stock them, or even eek Demon Tweeks.

unless your'e worried about the few grams of weight, you could just use a stainless one.
Never tried machining titanium, Ive got a few chunks in the shed - might give it a go, ive made bungs in steel and stainless before.

You cannot weld a steel boss to a Titanium exhaust.

I'd say you need a block "semi-tube" in section one side in Ti which can then be threaded and then welded to the 'zorst. You then screw your bog standard sensor to that. You need a machine shop to mill you that piece up, give them the outside diameter of your tube and they can easily do that, then you need to bore the hole in your Ti 'zorst (same size as the OD of the thread and then get someone with a tig welder and some Ti filler rods to sort it. Job done!
