Radiator construction and repair

Just had to have a recore but it was a newish core that was replaced. Now, the side tank seam was leaking which I assume is an easy repair but it would appear that where the tubes that go horizontally into the whatever the material is on the sides that fit into the tank was also weeping. I am assuming this is un repairable? Just a bit of clarification as the firm sent it off and said it would not be replaced unless necessary but could not confirm the reason. Bit late to pester them now with calls.
