Exhaust fabricators ideal for intercooler pipework?
Discussion
There are a few good places in Leeds that make decent custom exhausts from stainless steel, do nice mandrel bends so optimum for smooth airflow, and will make them relatively cheaply for what they are.
Just wondering if anyone has any reasons why NOT to use that method of piping in an intercooler feed system. Ie, weight, diameter, thermal properties? Or is the stainless exhaust places use about the same stuff that you'd buy on Ebay in fixed lengths for £10 for the purpose required?
Can it be painted black so it doesn't look chavvy?
Cheers
