Custom exhaust manifold - Mazda MX5 BBR
Discussion
"Desparately seeking an exhaust manifold for 1990 Mazda BBR turbo".
I only bought it 2 weeks ago and its in excellent condition with only 11k miles and has effect been mothballed for 10 years.
However, its got a 3 inch crack on the exhaust Manifold due to no expansion gaps on the where it meets the cylinder head, BBR no longer make them and a second hand one is as rare as hens teeth. Can anyone help, I could supply the existing one for a casting or have a tubular one made up, though it supports the t25 turbo. I have tried every custom exhaust place i can find, with out luck eg jp exhausts, lifetime etc.
Does anyone know where I can get one made up, I'm really struggling now for where else to look, having searched through google for days and literally have exhausted all other avenues, excuse the pun. You are my last chance !

Thanks for the replies. I did try janspeed with no reply, and maniflow, blueflame, tube torque, and quite a few others but they don't do or wanted to do custom turbo manifolds. NA Manifolds were no problem though.I also tried all the breaker yards eg find a part, to no avail
I did consider getting it repaired as a final option, I think its a nickel based alloy and it has to be cast welded and heat treated, but then theres a danger it could get a new crack or cracks further, which would leave me with out a manifold at all and then i truly would be stuck.
Keep em coming tho
