Engine Hesitation thoughout the rev range

My mother in law's car Hydauni accent has Hesitation while operating though the all way to redline on rev.

the engine is 1.3L, multipoint injection.

the power is there. Fuel or electronic?

as i know nothing about hydauni engine.

What could be wrong with it?

How old is it? The catalyst could be breaking up. Or one of the various pipes that vents things or takes various pressures to sensors could be blocked or split. Or the fuel filter could possibly be blocked.

Hesitation? Sounds more like you are trying to describe "lacks power".



EGR could be stuck open or brakes could be dragging.

How does the car idle?

car idle smooth. no jerkiness. car drive normally until car is at the certain rev it start hesistation. sometimes its bad. some rasising rev and car dont go...
