Hi guys

what is the knack to removing the camshaft from a small block chevy

i have removed the crank and now i just have the camshaft to go

remove the front timing cover and chain, remove the lifters and gently slide it out the front, taking care not to bash into the cam bearings which are similar to big end bearings (i.e. dent and scratch easily).

Reckon you're going to need a manual for this be a good investment.

thats what the book said but seemed too easy

are you the eliot with the dakar 4x4 turbo nutter SBC engine????
