BMW 4.4 M62 motor project

Hello all.I am looking to build a 4.4ltr V8 for my BMW E36 track car.The remit is to blue print the bottom end,uprate the con rod bolts and fit an uprated oil pump.I would like to get the heads modified and maybe use titanium valves and retainers with trick cams so as to raise the redline to near 8000rpm.I plan to use GSXR injection throtle bodies and an Emerald ECU.Any advice or known tuners that may be of use would be much appreciated,thanks.
