BOSCH LSU 4.2 WIDEBAND SENSOR DIMENSIONS
Discussion
They're a bit taller than standard narrowbands. About 75mm, but I will measure them properly tonight. I have a pair of widebands in my Griff now. I mounted them in the ends of the Y piece so that they face the engine (angle of about 30 degrees from vertical) and all is well.
What's your application?

Hello again David, thanks for the reply, that would really be apreciated. The application is a custom 'y' piece at the end of the manifold downpipes. For all intents and purposes it's the same as the A-C-T system,as the 'y' piece is identical. The boss is mounted where the two downpipes go into one, just before the rest of the system joint. As mentioned,it sits directly below a crossmember, and there doesn't appear to be enough clearance?
Friend of mine has fitted his dual wide bands further back on his griff 500. they point directly upwards, just need the end of either rocker cover (just after the pre cats).
Friend has told me:
Actually they go right into the middle of the (now missing) pre-cats!, but no matter.
