Petro/Engine treatment

Has anyone used anything like this before, and does it really work:-

I've got a 1 1/2 year old 1.9 diesel and a 1/2 year old Honda Civic Type-R, would anyone recommend using anything like this?.

Yet more "wonder" engine treatments. If you want to look after the engine, just change the oil regulary.
