Hi, feeling a bit of a t*t here but can't find the gearbox fillr plug on my wifes Pugeot 306 2litre HDi (2000 on a W). Anyone any ideas, been all around the box which is masked by a load of stuff like air filters etc but simply cannot find something which looks like a filler plug.
Any advice greatly appreciated

On some of them i have found the filler to look like one of the bolts holding the end cap on, if you look at the side closest to the passenger side wheel, one of the bolts that holds the end cover on is a little bigger than the rest, that should be it.

Its right on the end of the gearbox diff housing, as you look at it from the n/s inner wheel arch on the right hand side, either a 1/4 or 3/8 square drive
