At 300 in a light car, I'd say a standard clutch would be more than capable.
I'd never consider a scintered paddle clutch for a car like that, unless it was absolutely necessary.
At worst, get an uprated organic plate. I'd say a proper paddle in a car like that would only be needed if you were pushing 600+ with slicks.
