bench dynos

Can anyone point me in the right direction for bench dynos. Hopefully in the SE

Bench as in an engine dyno? HT Racing at Brands, Scholar in Mendlesham. Emerald in Watton have one but I'm not sure if theirs is running yet, plus it stretches your 'SE' criteria a bit.
