Vacuum Advance - Golf Mk II

Does anyone know where the vacuum pipe that connects to the Ignition Control Unit is on the Mk II Golf? Or where the Ignition Control Unit itself is for that matter?

I found a couple of pipes running along the top of the bulk head but not sure if either of these are the ones.

Ignition "amplifier" is located on the scuttle panel on the right hand side of the car, underneath the plastic rain deflector on a mounting designed to take the ecu on digifant models.
If yours is a digifant model youll find the ecu under there too.
