Alternator in Dynamo casing

Saw a while ago in a classic car mag someone had made an alternator that looked like a dynamo . can't find anything about it anywhere.

Anyone else seen this ,if so where please???

I'd like to know about this as well, as I've got several cars which I'd like to convert - but I want to keep the look right with a 'dynamo'

think you can find them at demon tweeks , not cheap tho !! Dave

Got a feeling I saw it at either Cambridge Motorsport or Revington TR.
Deffo one of the TR specialists. I didn't think it was massively expensive for
what it is though, seem to remember circa £ 300 which I thought fair.
Not as cheap as a 17ACR & bracket from the scrappy though
