Does anyone know the approximate cost of a new/recon water cooled flat six short engine on exchange for a 2002 car? Also where I can get hold of one?

I've been looking for just such an air-cooled in recent weeks, you might try

Tim Fretwell

or possibly
Paul or Francis

Well, was discussing a relaively inexpensive up-grade to 3.2 as the gearbox'll take it,

although they do'nt spin up in quite the same way,

(according to a 911 rallying team expert) think i'll go with the
Halfords
