Is it something to be concerned about? Will it increase clutch and flywheel wear or break other components?

Is it even the clutch, I've had what felt like clutch judder, but turned out to be a driveshaft issue...

Any form of vibration that's not normally there has a increased chance of causing weary and therefore issues with components that would not normally be subject to it... (To a greater or lesser extent).

What car is it?

Clio 0.9, Seems its a known issue, but people just live with it, I was just curious to know what damage if any is being done.

As others have said above it could be one of several things.

Engine/gearbox mounts.
Thrust bearing.
Pilot bearing.
DMF.
Driveshaft joint/bearing.

To name but a few.

None of them will kill the car, but it won't get better on its own either.
