I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THE CLUTCH ON MY TOYOTA 1 LITRE CAR BITE TOO HIGH BUT THERE IS NO KNOCKING JUDDERING OR ANYTHING ELSE IT TAKES OF LIKE A ROCKET IN FROM 2ND GEAR SO l DON'T KNOW WHETHER TO HAVE A NEW ONE PUT IN OR NOT ADVICE PLEASE !!!

It's not a rocket, so it shouldn't go like one...so remove the JATO and drive it like an Aygo.

The release cable needs adjusting.
Most garages don't realise that Aygos have an adjustable clutch cable, so it rarely (if ever) gets adjusted at service time.
Result is a prematurely worn-out clutch, totally avoidable if properly maintained by diligent mechanics, yet the Aygo gets the bad rep.!
Get it adjusted, all may not be lost (yet).
