This my 2002 Mk6 Transit, RWD, LWB, Hitop.
Towards end of a hour driving home on the M way, very wet weather, the glow plug light on the dash flashed on and off, slowly, at about 1 sec intervals. After I came off the M way at my home junction, driving more slowly ad in dryer weather, the light went out and has stayed out ever since.

Using FORScan I get the following codes:

Powertrain Control Module - P0650 Malfunction Indicator Lamp. On this model, the Handbook tells me that the same lamp on dash doubles as the Glowplug light and the Malfunction Indicator Lamp or "MIL". In Fordspeak this is a "Check Engine" light.

Also got code Restraint Control Module - B1869. "Lamp Air Bag Warning Indicator Circuit Open"

Van behaving normally and well. Should I be concerned if it stays off?

I'd put that down to rain causing a short or circuit fault in the transmission wiring or ECU. That would start to concern me if it kept happening.

The other warning seems unrelated and suggests your airbag fault lamp may not be working. I suppose that must be something on your dashboard. That would irritate me a little but presumably you have ruled out any problems currently so no big deal.
