Hi there, my car has no Aircon but I have found this pipe is broken below the engine cover of my Volvo XC60. Could it be the broken pipe?

I hope you mean it has aircon, just that it doesn't work.

And can we assume it did work previously ? if fitted at all.

And yes, aircon does involve a few pipes, so if one is broken, that would be a problem
