Peugeot Expert 2.0 HDI engine rattle

Hi all. First time post.

The last few months ive had a problem with my van, there's sort of a rattle and the engine dousnt run right at a certain rev point (between 2-2.5k)

So far ive had the aux belt and bottom pully replaced, cam belt kit and new water pump. iv ran egr cleaners and and valve cleaners through it but still the same. Its costing me a small fortune. Its done 119k.

It's presumably a similar engine to Hubnut's Berlingo? He's tried lots of things (from video 18 onwards) - in the end it looks like a clogged EGR. However, one thing he tried that you don't seem to have, is the MAF.

Edit: And the injectors too.
