Whistle / Squeal Noise between 3-4k rpm

Hi all,

Reaching out to the wider community for any advice / suggestions.

I've recently got my Renault Clio Williams back on the road after a number of years however it now has this squeal/whistle between 3-4k rpm. The engine has recently been out for a new cam belt, clutch etc and at the same time I replaced the inlet manifold gasket so I really hope it's not leaking there.

I've checked all the vac hoses I can easily access with propane but couldn't hear any change in revs so haven't found a leak.

It doesn't make the sound whilst stationary and raising the revs so it needs to be moving. It occurs at any road speed so I've recorded a couple of videos driving up a farm track, ignore the exhaust rattle in the second video... that's another problem that needs fixing...
